black beyond is an experimental project, where anti-disciplinary artists imagine alternate realities for blackness. black beyond creates spaces of discourse and collaboration between artists and cultural shape-shifters whose work exists in the margins. since its inception, black beyond has partnered with groups and institutions like the new museum’s incubator new inc, creative time, the kitchen and more.
